Purple Cherry Dash is an online-only store (we do not have a physical store).
We are based in the Western Cape, South Africa and offer shipping nationwide.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER R600.

Shipping options on orders under R600:
Courier to your door: R90 flat rate, nationwide.
Pudo locker collection: R75 (Please ensure you leave a detailed note with your preferred collection locker details).

We make use of The Courier Guy/Fastway Couriers / Pudo & Aramex, depending on parcel size and destination.
We reserve the right to select which courier we use per order, to ensure your parcel is delivered to your area as quickly as possible. 

We courier daily. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days, from the day your order is dispatched.

We strive to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Please do allow up to 24 hours for order processing. 

Please note that outlying areas may take up to an additional 2 days.

We offer various secure payment methods for your convenience and peace of mind.

After you have placed your order, you will be redirected to the safe and secure payment portal, where you will be able to complete your transaction.

Unfortunately we do not offer this option.

Although we do not have a ‘reseller program’ in place, we do offer bulk discounts on our hair dye, for those who wish to resell.
Please send us an email, should you wish to order hair dye in bulk. 

Not at all. Our product does not consist of any lightening/lifting properties and can therefore not tint very dark/black hair.
The product may however slightly tint lighter shades of brown hair, although results will not be as vibrant.

How long does the hair dye last and will it wash out completely?

ALL hair is different and ALL results will vary!
How long the hair dye lasts in your hair and whether it washes out completely, depends on your own hair type and the condition thereof.

Very porous hair will have results last longer than less porous hair. Very porous hair could also result in colour not washing out completely. Less porous hair may fade much faster, as the hair dye does not seep in as deeply.

Further examples of factors that have an impact on how long the colour will last in your hair are (but not limited to):
How often you wash your hair; products used on your hair; water temperature when washing/rinsing your hair; time spent swimming or in the sun. These will all also contribute to how long the hair dye lasts/how quickly it fades.

– Although our product is non-toxic and safe to use on pets, we do not promote or advise this.
– If you will be using this product on children for “holiday hair”, please consider that it may not wash out completely by the time school starts again.
