The hair dye is also amazing- the colours are so pigmented and last for a long time.

December 10, 2020 I absolutely LOVE the hair colours that PCD sells! The instructions are clear, and it explicitly says as well that it won't work on dark hair, so you know what to expect.
Claire is also such a patient, kind and friendly person! I have only had great service!
