October 21, 2021 - I absolutely LOVE the hair colours that PCD sells! The instructions are clear, and it explicitly says as well that it won't work on dark hair, so you know what to expect.
Claire is also such a patient, kind and friendly person! I have only had great service!
I 10/10 would recommend buying all your hair colours, jewellry and other items here, for it is THE BEST! 🥰🥰🥰
